Former Senator Stuart Syvret could go to jail today as he is appearing in the Magistrates Court.

It is claimed the former Health Minister has not not been carrying out his 80-hour community service order.

He is accused of failing to turn up to carry out the sentence, but Mr Syvret says he has new evidence which shows the case against him is unlawful.
